Tray , the Nurse's and Office staff are always, professional, friendly and courteous! I can't say I completely enjoyed my visit since one of the nurses stuck what appeared to be a 2 foot qtip up both sides of my nose and Show morethe other nurse poked me with a needle in each hip but they did it with style! I think I whimpered a little bit and they called me a big baby.🤔🤣😂 All jokes aside: They are a Great group of Professional that will work to help thave the best Health Possible!!
I was seen for my health concern in a timely manner and was very considerate. She ordered an Antibiotic for a problem which she had discovered when checking out one of my teeth.I was very thankful that I went to the office today Show moreand received good care. My new medication was at the Phamacy and refills were called in and ready also.

Even though everyone is VERY friendly, they are either proverbial late or understaffed. Had an appointment for 9, but didn't even get called back till after 11, and then only saw the Dr for about 5 mins. Which doesn't explain why people who clearly had an appointment after me were seen before me.
Tray NeSmith is a great medical provider. His office gets patients in quickly and fully addresses all medical concerns. Highly recommended.

Tray was kind, caring and told me what he was going to do to help me.I had labwork done, medication given which helped and will have a test scheduled soon to learn if there is another problem which needs to be solved.

I reluctantly decided to contact Marshall Primary Care, as I knew they would be busy. I'm glad that I did. Even though I didn't feel that bad, I tested positive for the flu. Trey Newborn and his staff are extremely professional and caring about how you are feeling and empathetic to the patients well being.
I enjoy going to Trey Nesmith for my care, he listens very well to what I tell him. He's got a great bedside manner. And he is very concerned. I would rate the office staff is very good.very good. And the overall experience five stars.
