Tracy W. Rapp, DNP-FNP-C, is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree (DNP). She is proud to provide high-quality primary health care services to residents of Memphis, Tennessee, as a part of Honeycomb Medical Group.
Dr. Rapp has been in the primary care/internal medicine field for over seven years. Throughout her medical career, she has gained vast experience in managing acute and chronic conditions for patients in diverse populations across the lifespan. The patient-provider relationship and maintaining excellent communication skills are her top priorities. Dr. Rapp is dedicated to helping patients achieve their best health goals!
She is married to Asher Rapp, and they have a newly married son and daughter-in-law, as well as another son and daughter. They also have two dogs, Ruby and Tatum. When she’s not caring for patients, Dr. Rapp enjoys music, cooking, and watching basketball!

Warm and welcoming in a time of need. Was feeling very poorly on Christmas Eve and they were open half day and Tracy worked me in. Such a blessing. She is an extremely skilled and qualified healthcare provider - every bit as good as seeing Dr.Patterson or Haden.
Very personable and easy to talk to!

I was initially was excited about my visit; however, that quickly went downhill. There was no warm, comfortable bedside manners. For this to be a 1st visit, there was no formal introduction, let me tell you a little bit about myself moment or the interest in even getting to know me. Just went straight in like we’ve known each other for years. I’ve never encountered a Drs office that doesn’t perform PAP smears and better yet, they don’t tell you this upfront. Same with the ECG/x ray this is not a cardiologist office yet they perform those services, which may not even be covered as a preventative visit. And of course, this additional cost is passed to the patient. I’ve not had a good experience with the honeycombmg since they took over my Drs. practice. Let’s just say this was not a good experience for me and what I seek in a healthcare provider.

The visit was satisfactory. Ms. Rapp was nice. However, she just asked questions. She didn't do an examination at all. She didn't even listen to her heartbeat. Overall, it was ok.
