I would highly recommend Dr Tracee to anyone who wants a dermatologist who actually listens to their concerns and takes the time to talk with you about different options. She was so kind and made me feel like she cared. I have beeShow moren on a medication for acne for years and my body has gotten used to it, so she took the time to help me understand potential root causes of my acne and routes I could take to figure it out. This is my first time seeing Dr. Tracee. Dr. Tracee has a wonderful bedside manner. Moreover, she took the time to listen to all my skin problems, that have been going on for decades. Dr. Tracee explained a few things that I couShow moreld do now to help with the extreme itching. Furthermore, she ordered blood work to see whether I have a health condition going on internally, that may be causing my skin problems. About Tracee Blackburn, PA-C

Tracee Blackburn, PA-C, is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant, boasting national certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and licensed in the state of Illinois. She provides dermatology services to residents throughout the River North neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois, at Medical Dermatology Associates of Chicago.

Her journey in healthcare began at Midwestern University in Downers Grove, Illinois, where she graduated in 2005. Over the course of her career, Tracee has amassed extensive experience in general, surgical, and aesthetic dermatology. She excels in the diagnosis and treatment of common dermatologic conditions, focusing on the treatment of acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin cancer diagnosis and prevention, basic and intermediate surgical procedures, and has special interests in alternative medicine as well as expertise in cosmetic dermatology. 

Tracee is not only a dedicated practitioner but also an active contributor to her field. She serves as the co-chair for the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and has held positions as President and Director at Large within the Illinois SDPA. Her recent appointment as the Skin of Color Education Chair for Diversity in Dermatology reflects her commitment to advancing inclusivity and representation in the field. 

Tracee is a valued member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the National Eczema Association, where she generously volunteers her time at the annual Eczema Expo.
