At Legacy Pain and Regenerative Medicine, with locations in Plano and Addison, Texas, Dr. Alexander focuses on overall well-being and recovery, with a focus on education.
Dr. Alexander earned his Doctor of Chiropractic at Southern California University of Health Sciences/Los Angeles College of Chiropractic. Dr. Alexander believes there are some ailments that necessitate prescription medications, and there are some ailments that do not require medications but would be better treated by a Doctor of Chiropractic. That is why he went back to school to become a family nurse practitioner in addition to a chiropractor, to take a whole health approach to successfully better his patients’ lifestyles. He achieved his Master of Science in nursing from Samford University.

Dr Trace Alexander is outstanding in pain management in my estimation. He gave me 2 steroid shots that were dead on giving me pain relief after having a MRI for guidance. I am totally satisfied in his ability to treat my pain.

Trace is awesome! He is super knowledgeable and gives a thorough assessment followed by a complete adjustment. I had tripped and wiped out so he adjusted me from head to feet making sure I was back in correct alignment. He is also patient and kind which is so refreshing.
