In just a few short months, Tonisha has given me the courage to take steps towards improving my mental health that have been life-changing. Feels more like a friend than a doctor
I've been in therapy before, but stopped it early because I didn't really feel heard. So far I've really enjoyed my sessions and I'm always given the time and space to speak my mind. The advice I get is solid, practical, and actionable. We've also set some goals for how to start improving parts of my life that I want to work on, which is great.
