i was surprised that mr keeler initially chose to send in a script for an antibiotic for ear pain in the setting of sinus infection type symptoms without examining the ear that had pain. considering that most sinus infections are Show moreviral and the problems associated with antibiotic resistance, i was quite shocked that he would chose such management. however, when i expressed desire to have my daughters ear examined, he did so and then reported he did not see any evidence of an ear infection. i was also shocked, given that my daughter had a known covid positive exposure that neither the person who roomed her nor mr keeler chose to wear a mask. despite these surprising aspects of care, i very much appreciated the quick service, the nice check in staff, and the ability to get covid testing without an appointment.
Made appt online and arrived and went in and they advised us to sit in our car and they would call us. They did and a Tech(?) came out and took my temp and at my request a pulse ox. Swabbed me for COVID and flu. Had an online callShow more with doctor. Said there was a lot of virus going around. If my tests came back negative then he would put me on an antibiotic. Meanwhile he put me on Steroids and cough Med, which pharmacy was out of. My husband tried to contact them to see if they could RX something else and could not get through to anyone. I am pretty sure this is the Future of Medicine and I don’t really like it, but I am feeling better today.

As an RN I value good health care which is hard to find these days! Timothy Keeler took the time to listen to me and discuss the treatment he felt was appropriate. His exam was thorough. He was professional and kind. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. I have been going to ProHealth since they opened and would HIGHLY recommend it as the best Urgent Care in Midland.
Always clean, great care and communication. I fully recommend this practice to anyone, especially if you have kids. We've gotten stitches here for my daughter. Comassionate.

The doctor treated me for a finger laceration. He was friendly and yet very professional, he described everything as he was doing it. While my time at this practice was short I can say that all the staff was friendly and professional. The office itself seems very organized and exceptionally clean.
