While on this journey called ?life? I have discovered I have a passion to plant seeds and encourage others. As an LCPC, I strive to provide a safe place for individuals to explore various aspects of their lives and create a healthy balance. There are a few motts I have adopted over time; ?you do not have to be broken to seek out therapy?, and ?seasons in life?. I hope to help break the stigma of therapy by always meeting people where they are at, building a healthy rapport, being open to learning from others, and gently challenging individuals to be the best version of themselves. I also believe we have seasons in life, and that not one season is the same. ?Everything for a reason? and ?in the right and perfect time?, are two other mottos. In a world of immediate gratification and quick answers, it can be challenging to learn how to navigate and/or remove our expectations. It is also difficult to understand and accept we will never have all the answers.
