The office has a group of great personnel, who care and are very professional. My experience, although difficult because of my memory problems, was really great, calming and to some extent fun! I would recommend them all!

We appreciated the opportunity to be educated about the brain, how it works and the many services available to address whatever issues the test results discover. We did not feel rushed and enjoyed the professional and caring way Thomas handled our concerns and questions.
Dr Tom and his staff treat their patience with respect, honesty and give hope in difficult diagnoses, all while giving you a very thorough review of information gathered during their tests.

My concussion (the unseen injury) was devastating and rendered me unable to function at work and home. Thomas Tervort successfully diagnosed and provided the cognitive and physical program by which I returned to normalcy. I am extremely grateful for the caring and friendly staff at Neural Effects!

My concussion gave me headaches, nausea and dizziness. I couldn't work and I couldn't sleep well. Neural Effects provided the guidance and tools by which I could begin to recover. The concussion doctors in Salt Lake City were booked out 8 to 10 weeks. I traveled to Provo to 'Neural Effects' because they were available and I needed immediately relief. Completely worth my time and travel! Their staff is friendly and professional and with their encouragement and support, I continue to heal.
We love Dr Trevort and his amazing staff of therapist!! My daughter has come a long way in her healing process thanks to their knowledgeable therapy sessions and care. So grateful we found their clinic!
Therapy for concussions that heals, not justs rests and avoids reinjury (although that is also part of treatment)! Dr Trevort is approachable and trustworthy. The therapists are wonderful to work with.
Tom was great. He explained things so well to me and was so great talking to my son. He knows how to talk to kids to make them feel comfortable.

We have always had a positive experience at Neural Effects. Dr. Tervort is so knowledgeable and helpful in addressing and treating the concussions my children have had over the years. I would highly recommend Neural Effects! Their staff is great to work with as well!
I had no idea what to expect when my Dr sent the referral to them. When they called me to set up the appt, they explained everything and answered all of my questions. When I arrived, the staff was friendly and put me at ease. I felt they were professional and efficient at their various jobs while also helping me to understand the various testing. When I returned for my follow-up appt, they explained each part of the test and what my results were. For these reasons, I highly recommend them.

Dr. Tom (Doctor Thomas Tervort) has great patience with patients. During the initial intake interview and the follow-up at one month, Dr. Tom makes you feel good psychology and physically. Using both subjective and objective input, he is able to see what areas you are making progress in, which ones you're not and what to do next to help you heal. I highly recommend a visit with Dr. Tom for memory concerns post-Covid recovery.

Dr. Tervort was well informed about Covid's effect on the brain. He did an initial consultation and explained my current state. He then explains in plain English how the therapies they provide are seeing positive results in as little as a few weeks for some and a few months for others. We set up a therapy plan for two weeks followed by anothe evaluation of progress. I am very satisfied.
Phenomenal staff
Truly needed service, so many medical professionals have not taken note of the latest studies on concussion therapy. I am grateful for Neural Effects staff. They all love what they do because they are making a difference where others fail to do so.
