5 star for the doctor Dr.Teja. I had to cut down 1 star for the front desk and other staff's hospitality. Not very pleasant.

Dr. Mehendale is great! She is very knowledgeable and compassionate. I would highly recommend her as a family physician. The 4 star rating is due to the unprofessional medical assistant. She was very cold, hard to communicate due to her accent, and she kept asking me questions I already put into the online portal during my blood pressure monitoring without explaining to me the reason beforehand. I didn’t feel being cared and respected. Hope she can give more warmth to future clients.

Dr. Teja was more like a friend to talk to about any concerns I had.
She is the doctor who understands her patient and works really well with the mental boundaries that are creating barriers for the patient to overcome the health challenges. Very efficient.

Dr. Mehendale is one of the best doctors I have ever had. She is knowledgeable, but humble. Truly wants to work on your health alongside you. Will listen to your needs and concerns and personalize how she responds to your health issues as needed for who you are and your history. I have felt supported and properly cared for, even in the shorter time I've been in her care. Overall staff is also good.
