I have been seeing Taryn for almost two years. She is the perfect combination of tough love and compassion. I have really been able to work on myself and my concerns. She will meet you where you are at.
Taryn is one of the best therapists I’ve ever come across. She makes me feel genuinely cared for and creates a judgement free space that allows for authenticity. She also continually challenges me to push through the hardships that positive change can bring. I love that she’s able to understand where I’m coming from, even when I sometimes don’t. Felt like a real plan of action was put together so it wasn't just what are your feelings and it's okay to feel that way. Still an important part, don't get me wrong, but something needs to be done after and they accomplished that.
When I first started therapy/ counseling I was nervous and scared about being judged. Taryn has definitely made me feel comfortable with opening up. And helping me find myself. It’s nice to have someone listen and not judge but also to help me find solutions for my worries, problems, and self doubt. I am learning to find me again. Taryn has been a blessing to me.
