We are new in town and a local Drs office suggested I take my son here for care until I could get him established with a Dr. Wow! I'm so thankful they did. When walking in you already feel welcome. The way they have the officeShow more decorated for kids is AMAZING! Then when we saw our provider Tanya she was exceptional!!!! Very knowledgeable, kind, concerned, and caring. Everything you look for in a provider. I will definitely ALWAYS take my children here and recommend to everyone!
I was very impressed with the cleanliness and kid friendliness of the office. The receptionist and nurse were kind and friendly. Short wait. My son was thrilled to be in an orange room “they just knew it was my favorite color”. HShow moree thoroughly enjoyed looking at the dinosaurs in the shadow box in the exam room. We had a positive experience with Tonya, nurse practitioner. She listened to our concerns, completed the xray that we needed, gave her prognosis, and humbly confirmed with the physician.

The most amazing experience with Tanya. She took time with my kids and listened to me as a mom. A wonderful thorough visit.

We brought our daughter here after a week of sickness. She was not getting any better and we had no answers; even after taking her to a walk in clinic twice in our hometown. Dr. Crockett diagnosed her with pneumonia. She answered all of our questions. She was so informative and helpful. She eased our worries and even followed up with us to check on our daughter. I will recommend this office to anyone. I would give 10 stars if I could.

When your child is sick, little is more important than responsiveness and quick accessibility. Child First Urgent Care always provides that for us - the ability to schedule a same day appointment and receive proactive care is second to none. We saw Tanya today and appreciated her willingness to listen and perform the tests we needed, even if just for our “peace of mind.” We left feeling confident that we knew exactly what was going on and what we needed to do.

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. It was very easy to make an appointment and it was quick to get in and out. Our concerns were listened to by the doctor. Thankful for this service and for it being open on weekends and late nights.
We were stuck in traffic on a holiday, and missed our appointment time. They still accommodated us even though they certainly didn't have to. We've seen Tanya a few times, and she is simply wonderful. We are SO THANKFUL!

We recently moved to the area and haven’t gotten established with a primary yet. My daughter woke up with a fever and I frantically searched for the nearest urgent care and found this one. It’s difficult trusting an unfamiliar provider with your child’s care but the team at First Child exceeded our expectations. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The facility is also very clean.
First time visit to this facility....very impressed with staff and PA. Explained treatment for my grandson and in snd out in an hour. Will definitely use this amazing facility again

Tanya has been excellent each time our family has seen her. She was very thorough with our son who has a complex heath history. We have been very please with our children’s care.
Tanya was very kind and understanding when I brought my 15 month old with a fever. He has a history of febrile seizure, so I wasn't comfortable leaving while his fever was high. She allowed me to stay as long as I wanted and helped put my mind at ease. I very much appreciated it.

She was great! As a parent, I loved that she explained her process and was happy to answer any questions and was also able to navigate stitches with a 3 year old!
Tanya was great with my 20 month old.Very sweet and kind. Took time to really explain what was going on and what was causing my child’s discomfort and gave me multiple suggestions as to how to comfort and help to make her feel better!
Tanya was so sweet with our 5yo son - attentive, thorough and she took what our son told her very seriously! She even called in the evening a couple hours later to check on him. We very much appreciated her time and attention, we will return if needed in the future!
