This is our family’s second visit here and we’ve had great experiences both times. The staff is kind, the Dr apologized for the wait time, but it didn’t seem bad to me anyway. The cost both times has been shockingly reasonable. WeShow more paid less for a visit and an xray than a normal Dr visit would be. The facility is very clean and well maintained and I don’t feel nasty when we leave like lots of medical facilities feel. The decor kept my 1 year-old occupied during our wait. I highly recommend!

I loved the services. I didn’t have to wait the long
We were traveling from out of state when our daughter fell ill and we visited Child First urgent care. The entire staff was excellent and very kid friendly. Tanya was phenomenal! She really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Her kindness is unmatched. This was quite possibly the best pediatric care we have ever encountered.
My daughter was sick and we came in to see Tanya Crockett. She was beyond wonderful! She was very thorough with her care plan and took excellent care of Bostyn. She even called us at home to check in on her two more times that week to check on her progress. Her kindness and compassion will keep us coming back.
Tanya has been incredible with my daughter. We just happened to see her twice in a year. She was incredibly comforting and informative. Never felt rushed or unheard. Thank you Tanya!

Tanya was fantastic and took time to look at, take pictures, consult others, and come up a plan for my son’s eye issue. Made my 3 year old feel very comforted and even talked directly to him about it. Very clean facility and was in and out in under an hour.
Tanya was great! Didn’t feel rushed, took time to look my girl over, and I felt like I could follow up with her if needed! Super quick visit and SO thankful for this option when the peds office is closed!

Very caring, efficient and fast at getting us in and out. We love going to this practice they are always kind and helpful and willing to help . Definitely convenient as well. I would recommend this place to anyone instead of going to the er they can do almost anything.
Vertical efficient kind and understanding
We stopped here for a strep test for my daughter while we were traveling. They were very kind, made my daughter feel comfortable, and seemed to truly care! They also did their best to prevent long waits. We got there around 5:45 and left at 7, which felt very fast! Thank you!

The expertise, kindness and quick visit to get my child in and out of the office is everything that we needed on a weekend day.
We have seen Tanya Crockett a few times late in the evening, because that’s when my kids like to get sick, and she has gone above and beyond. The whole staff has always been amazing and they truly care about the kids they are taking care of.

Tanya was very compassionate, and took time to explain things in a way that was easy to understand. We’ve seen her before and she’s always been great.
Tonya Crockett is the absolute BEST. I would love to have her every time. We never leave without an answer and solution with her.
If you have a sick child I highly recommend taking them here it was well with the drive from Richmond to get our baby checked out. The staff was very professional and to great care of us.
