About Tammy Sivley

Tammy Sivley is the Practice Administrator for Alabama Neurological Surgery & Spine in Birmingham, Alabama. A native of Alabama, Tammy comes to the ANSS practice with over 25 years of leadership and development experience.

At Alabama Neurological Surgery & Spine, she oversees the daily operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes, efficient staff management, and a seamless patient flow. Her expertise lies in managing budgets, implementing effective strategies, and fostering strong relationships with both staff and patients. In her previous role as Billing Administrator- she successfully led a team that consistently delivered exceptional patient care in an extremely high-volume orthopedic practice.  She also has experience implementing new EMRs to new practices.

Her goal is to empower her team and create a practice environment that fosters growth, collaboration, and exceptional patient care.

Outside of work Tammy enjoys spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren.
