What a great experience visiting this office. The wait was short. The staff was very helpful. Everything was handled in a modest way. Dr. Merchant-McCambry took her time to listen and took extensive notes. She gave a very thorough examination and did not rush. She took time to answer all of my questions and I never felt rushed. She had me feeling better before I walked out the door. My prescriptions were filled promptly without issue. I would give this experience 10 stars if I could!! This is one of the kindest doctors I have ever met. She made me feel safe and valued. I highly recommend her!
Today was a follow up. Dr. McCambry explains everything she is doing and takes the time to answer my questions. I always feel at ease with Dr. McCambry. Her front staff is also very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this practice.
Dr. Merchant-McCambry is amazing! I went in for what I had been told was hemorrhoids and she immediately told me that was a wrong diagnosis and I needed to get to the hospital right away due to an infection. She came to the hospital and took care of my surgery herself, but I had to spend five days there due to how bad my infection was. I am so glad I got lucky she was there that day, I don't know what would have happened if she hadn't been.
So far, so good. The doctor is mature and well experienced as well as thoughtful and intuitive. She has excellent bedside manner and explain been in practice for quite a while and is now branching out into solo practice so the office space is a little tight, but sufficient. Friendly staff & medical assistant. Have a little patience with this new practice and get in now while you still can.
