Talia Page is a Certified Nurse Midwife and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. Her philosophy of care emphasizes informed decision-making, evidence-based practice, and respect for each client’s unique needs and preferences. Whether providing routine gynecological care, attending births, or guiding clients through the menopause transition, Talia is committed to helping every client feel supported and empowered.
Before finding her way to midwifery, Talia’s undergraduate degree was in Mathematics and Computer Science. After supporting her family during the birth of her youngest sister, she realized that her real purpose was in serving women and families. She continues to apply her analytical problem solving background to her medical practice, and is dedicated to providing evidence-based guidance to her clients.
Talia earned her degree in nursing from SUNY Downstate and went on to complete her Master’s in Midwifery at Frontier Nursing University. Talia has experience playing many roles in birth, working her way from doula, to birth assistant and lactation consultant, to postpartum and labor and delivery nurse, and now midwife. She has also worked in a diversity of settings, attending home births and birth center births as well as working in hospitals of various sizes and philosophies of care. Throughout all of these experiences, she worked to learn everything she could about how to care for families of all kinds with an emphasis on both physical and emotional safety.
A passion for client-oriented and individualized care led Talia to Artemis and The Birth Center of New Jersey, where she has since grown from Nurse to Midwife. She continues to be inspired by the passionate and dedicated staff and by the community that she serves.

This was my first time going to an OBGYN . and it was absolutely phenomenal! I’m 26 and I went in completely blind. Dr. Sarah was an absolute pleasure ! Her and the student she was with made me feel so comfortable and they were soo informative . My pap procedure was so easy , simple , and overall just great. I highly recommend!

Nurse practionier Fiona was very engaging, welcoming personality. In fact all of the staff were very warm and professional. I lovevthe decor of the office. Nice and clean and pleasing to the eye. Overall a great experience. They could improve on answering the secure messages, it often takes serial calls and several emails before the issue is resolved. Much better experience face to face

So upon entry the waiting room is inviting. Adequate seating for patients to wait with bottled water and TV. On-site ultrasound, lab and staff was welcoming. Although this was only first visit with last expecting baby, I appreciate being seen in a timely manner. No waiting 2 hrs to see practitioner. Was seen within 20 mins of checking in. I look forward to the upcoming months with your facility. ☺️
