Dr. Susie Kupferman is a double Board Certified Urogynecologist and Gynecologist at Eastside Medical Park Women's Group. She was straight forward and pragmatic and easy to talk to. With everything clarified, I feel much better about making my decision regarding my pending surgery.
Scheduling was easy and didn't take months to get in to see the doctor. Front desk staff were polite and efficient. Wait time was reasonable and I didn't sit around in the room waiting the the doctor. I felt her bedside manner was a little abrupt and not sure I really felt heard. We are starting a treatment but I left feeling a little disappointed with little in the way of answers, just you're probably perimenopausal.
Dr Kupferman and team were caring and thorough. Diagnosed my issue and had a clear treatment plan.

I had a procedure done by Dr.Kupferman and she knew what she was doing. She even came to check up on me after I had awoken from anesthesia to make sure I was okay. The wait time was reasonable. The doctor was attentive and focused. She did seem tired and worn out and never smiled. Hopefully she is taking a vacation soon. She clearly explained my options. I loved that she faced me and read my history and took notes. We agreed on a plan and set up the next appointment. I felt that she was thorough and responsive to my questions.
I was so worried about a medical issue and so glad to get an appointment with Dr. Kupferman. She listened and understood what I wanted to find out what was worrying me. After the exam, she showed me pictures of what was happening and made me feel so much better with her explanations. She gave me an option, and I always value their expertise. If I want to do a procedure, she indicated how that would work, or it is ok to not do anything right now. I was comfortable being able to talk with her, and left with a plan if I wanted to do the procedure. She is very professional and easy to talk to. Dr. Kupferman has been my gynecologist for over 10 years. From annual checkups to surgery, she has handled it all for me. She listens to my concerns and presents options and knowledgeable care plans As I age, it's great that she is also a specialist in urology to deal with those issues. I like her new location which is central to all of the Totem Lake medical facilities. The offices are bright, modern and comfortable. Check in was friendly and efficient. I definitely recommend her.

Dr. Kupferman is a very good doctor. I am lucky to have found her. She is my gynecologist and has done a great job managing my post menopausal health and making sure I am well screened for cancer. As a oncology nurse, I know I am in good hands with her.
