About Susan Bailey, FNP-C

Susan joins us as a primary and urgent care provider, practicing a functional-friendly approach to health and wellness. Susan is the nurse practitioner many health care professionals seek to serve as their primary care provider. She brings with her two decades of experience in trauma and critical care, followed by extensive training as a nurse practitioner with an emphasis on a holistic approach to conventional healthcare.
Susan has a passion for providing compassionate, non-judgmental healthcare to women and those patients who suffer from substance use disorders, mental illness, and chronic diseases.  Susan is an incredible patient advocate, partnering with her patients as they navigate the complex healthcare system to achieve their best overall health and wellness.
Susan is a mother, teacher, mentor, business owner, and author and has the heart of a faithful servant.  Susan says her greatest asset is her ability to laugh, mostly at herself.
