Sorry I don’t have all the names of the young women who helped me yesterday except for Abby! But from the receptionist who checked me in to the nurse, tech and of course Abby, the care was thorough and exceptional. I have alreadShow morey received an update from Abby. My appointment took less than 1 hour and during that time several tests were conducted. The level of care and information that I received was incredible especially after discharging myself after spending over 7 hours in the Corewell Royal Oak ER the night before without having blood drawn or urine tests taken (and then having them show those results on my discharge papers). I would sum up the personnel as being professional , knowledgeable, thorough and caring. This is only my second visit to your facility over the several years it has been there and I came away from my first visit with similar feelings. From my standpoint the staff knocked it out of the park. Thank you so so much!
My visit was awful and great! I left your establishment last Saturday with five staples in my scalp. That was the awful part. The good part? The treatment I received for my visit. Supak Sookkasikon, MD, is an experienced physician and medical director of Emcura Medical in West Bloomfield, Bloomfield Hills, Bloomfield Township, Northville and Grosse Pointe Woods, MI and has been prcticing for over 20 years.
Born in the San Francisco Bay Area, Dr. Sookkasikon earned her Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of California, Davis, before attending medical school in Cambridge, England at the Kigezi School of Medicine. She then returned to the United States to complete her family medicine residency at the University of Michigan. Dr. Sookkasikon is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Board of Holistic and Integrative Medicine. She’s also certified as a medical review officer and is fluent in Thai.
Dr. Sookkasikon’s commitment to her patients and family throughout her medical training led her to pursue a fellowship in integrative medicine at the University of Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine that was created by Dr. Andrew Weil.
At Emcura Immediate Care, Dr. Sookkasikon brings a wide range of experience to her medical practice, from integrative and mindful medicine, to preventive health, urgent care, primary care, and occupational medicine. For what I went in for (TMI), they were very professional and helpful
The doctor was so polite in her greeting her professionalism she explained my situation she recommended Care Solutions once I went home that was my first time going to urgent care in Grosse Pointe she was great receptionist was great everybody was great and polite and pleasant I must say you don't get that too often but that's what you call a professionalism

Speedy process to register and we were seen promptly (<15 min wait). Quickly had x-ray taken then briefly saw PA before leaving with CD image but never met Dr. Received radiology results by phone about 4 hours later.

Whether in urgent care or a doctor appointment, I always receive prompt and caring service. Dr Supak is a sweetheart and always has good solutions for the best and quickest healing. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.
