We then went to the hospital and were taken care immediately .
First time ever I have a GI doctor actually listen to my long term symptoms and provides me with steps to help with solutions in treatment. I’ve seen several GI doctors in the past and not once have I’ve been offered treatment foShow morer my severe IBS. His office staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Lo is very polite, attentive and professional. Look forward to getting treatment and care through him.

This office seems to always overbooked. First time there for colonoscopy consultation had to wait 1 1/2 hours to see the doctor for 5 minutes. Went there today for follow up after colonoscopy and waited the same amount of time just to talk to doctor for 1 minute. Colonoscopy went smoothly so I guess doctor Lo is fine. Just the wait time in office were terrible. We patients have important stuff to do too, not just doctor.

Today was my second time to the clinic to see Dr. Sunny Lo for my Colonoscopy and Gastroscopy Report results. He was just as patient as before, carefully explaining each part of my report and patiently addressing all of my concerns.

I was on time yet had to wait about 45 min. to see the doctor. The waiting room is usually packed with everyone crowded around the reception window. Very uncomfortable. Also, the ladies working at the front desk sometimes don't seem very well informed or on top of things. I was told I'd receive follow-up calls to make appointments, but it never happened. Aside from this, I do like Dr. Lo as he doesn't seemed rushed and spends ample time to explain things.
