Today we don’t need to wait. Good service.
Dr Lo is very detailed and willing to listen. However, the major concern is the ridiculous long waiting time. I had an appointment at 3pm (not walk in) and I had to wait over 90 min before I got called in to the patient exam room. Then another 10 minutes wait in order to finally see Dr. Lo for a 15 minutes exam and consultation time! And the waiting lobby is small and crowded!
