Our nurse Cindy was the best kind of first impression! She was so warm and kind, making my shy tween feel at ease. We were in the office for an urgent care visit addressing suspected pneumonia. Dr Galliway was kind, thorough, and Show morehelpful. I appreciated his evening follow up call after my daughter’s x-ray results. We were very pleased with our visit though the front end paperwork process and waiting to be seen took 45 minutes with only one person in the waiting room before us when we arrived.
I needed an appt. with my primary care Dr. I was pleased that they were able to schedule me for that same day. I have recently switched Dr's because over the last 4 years it was impossible to get in to see my previous one. HeShow more would just call in some script to the pharmacy w/o even knowing what the issue really was! Steven Galliway has restored my confidence in health care. He is knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to your concern

I suddenly lost my voice but I don’t feel sick. I didn’t have an appointment, however, I was able to see Steven Galliway through the urgent care. He knew right away what was wrong with me! He ordered some medications for me and sent me on my way. I’m very thankful to be able to get in on a moment’s notice. He always takes great care of me as I’m sure he does all of his patients.
Steven Galliway is exceptional! He always tales time to really listen. He is thorough and explains thing to you in a way you can understand.
They got me in quickly! EVERYONE was so polite. ! I'm autistic and get overwhelmed easily in new environments. They listened, got me tested, sent over my prescription, handed me my work excuse, and sent me home very pleased! I'm new to the area and would consider Doc on being my regular care giver.

Steven Galliway and his office staff are the most kind caring people I have had the pleasure to meet in a long time. I have never felt rushed or uncomfortable in their office. I always leave feeling like they care about their patients.
Steven Galliway and the staff at Home Town medical are excellent. Staff is friendly, polite and courteous. Steven is thorough, will address any issues and concerns you may have and always has suggestions. It was nice to find a team that can take the time with you to make sure that all your concerns are addressed. Kudos to Home Town!!
