I have came a long way. I was unable to drive. I had no idea what a boundary was much less use one. I used my emotions in every conversation, now I save that for Kramer. I am not "there" yet. I do have an understanding that if you work on "it," life will get manageable. Who knows, maybe one day I will pack up the car and drive out of State and hike alone with a smile and an inner peace that no one can change. I can say this: I am way more emotionally intelligent than I was before Stephanie.
So far this first month of seeing my provider, she's been wonderful. she listens and pays attention to the things that so many others miss. Looking forward to my journey with her assistance.
