With a career spanning over two decades, I bring extensive experience to Ferry Farm Health and Wellness as a Family Nurse Practitioner. I graduated with honors with a Master’s in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor’s in Science from the University of Oklahoma. My career began in the U.S. Army, where I served as a nurse in various locations, including Fort Sam Houston, Walter Reed Army Medical Center, The Pentagon Health Clinic, and the Keller Army Hospital at West Point. I am an active member of several professional organizations, including the Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners, the American Nurses Association, and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. My accolades include Reynold’s Army Hospital’s Nurse of the Year award and the Army Commendation Medal. Quiet, private and comfortable room for IV therapy. My "go to" place for immunity IV's. The nurses/PA's/NP's do a great job with IV insertion & I appreciate the quiet, private sitting area.
