I have never felt so heard before!!!! Dr Sonya is everything I had hoped for!! After a botched surgery she was right on top of things and I feel I'm finally on the road to recovery!!!!

Dr. Ephraim was extremely professional and personable. She made me feel comfortable as we discussed areas that are very personal and private. I never felt like she was under the clock and rushing through our discussion. Unlike many doctor visits these days. Dr. Ephraim spoke to me in a very professional and understanding tone. She provided information from the possible reasons for my issue to basic insurance coverage information. It was a very informative conversation in a relatively short period of time. When she hadn’t heard from me at our telehealth visit time she called me to make sure that she was able to discuss the issues I had indicated on the initial intake information. I explained that I was unexpectedly driving We talked on phone.
The entire visit is always on point! Form entering the beautiful office and being greeted by a friendly smile! Dr. Sonya is brilliant at what she does making the services she offer and perform top notch.

The quality of care and the comfort I feel in this environment with Dr. Ephraim, and her assistant. Lyn is exceptional. I only regret not finding them sooner.
I was exhausted and just had no life. I would have tried anything to just feel a little better. Dr. Sonya took time to explain all my test results and how the levels contributed to how I was feeling. The treatment plan she designed for me has been no less than amazing.

Dr Ephraim spent a good amount of time with me asking questions, listening to the answers and providing care that makes good sense. She and her staff are extremely friendly and caring. I highly recommend Dr Ephraim and her practice.
