The staff is very pleasant however the doctors need to listen. I told Dr Sonia Yballe that my son needed a refill on his meds & She went back and forth with me about him not needing it then. (His last refill was October 30 and we’re in her office on December 3rd. The script is a 30 day supply) Now he’s been getting into trouble at school. I’ve called the office 3 days in a row, 5 times a day and to this very moment he does not have his refill. Staff is waiting for her to send the script over🙄

To set the tone for the appointment, this Provider felt necessary To express how it was probably better That my previous provider relocated out of state because he was incompetent. That was unprofessional unnecessary-Red flag. This woman has absolutely no bedside manner, She is Condescending, She does not listen to you, Speaks over you interrupting! 20 minutes in to our second appointment I told her wrap it up. We are not compatible and I will request Alternative care. We left the office irate.

Dr. YBALLE is great! But you phone appointment’s are too short for me. Could you do something about that. And are you charging for by the half hour, 45min, or an hour for phone appointments? The time you get to talk with her is not equal with what is being charged. Change appointment times to what you are charging or give us the time we should get. Thanks.
