We are excited to announce that Dr. Shyla Reddy is now seeing patients in the clinic on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. In addition, our Nurse Practitioner, Jasmine Nguyen, FNP-BC, sees patients in the clinic on Mondays and Fridays. Jasmine Nguyen is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner at Alpha Family Medicine, dedicated to providing compassionate care for patients of all ages. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Georgia in 2016, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Kennesaw State University in 2020. Jasmine completed her Master of Science in Nursing in 2022, further enhancing her expertise. With a strong focus on both acute and chronic illnesses, Jasmine is detail-oriented in assessing patient needs, ensuring accurate diagnoses, and developing personalized treatment plans. As of January 2023, we are requiring that all patients who are prescribed controlled substances be seen either through tele-med or in-office visits every month. The new doctor has tried to give me antibiotics for a sore throat twice while acknowledging that’s it’s JUST sore throat. Is she not aware of antibiotic resistance???? I’m only giving it 3 starts because I liked Dr reddy and the new doctor was nicer when I met her the first time. But even then she gave me antibiotics for something she wasn’t even sure about. So that makes 3 times
