This was our first time meeting with Shonda Barber. My 14yo son is a very, VERY shy introverted individual. It is not easy to get him to "open up" to discuss the issues that plague him. Dr. Barber makes it very easy to be comfortable enough to discuss concerns and is genuine in nature, even if it is just conversation about your day. By far the best experience I've had in my journey to improve my mental health!
