I had to find a new family practice facility due to our doctor’s office switching over to concierge care. This past Tuesday I needed to see someone for an earache so I decided to call Dr. Phipps office. I was able to get in that Show morevery day with nurse practitioner Shelley Rabner. Shelley was so kind, easy to talk to and thorough in her examination of me. She treated me for the ear infection and also recommended some further testing if needed. I will be moving my patient care to Phipps Office
I really like how Shellie takes the time to question me and works real hard to understand my issues so that she can come up with the best solution for my problems. Once after not being able to tolerate food for over a year (liquidShow mores only, lost 55 lbs), she was the one who fixed me, and now I have been enjoying food for over a year (and only gained back 10 lbs)

Shellie always listens to what is happening with me and talks me through our treatment options. She seems like she genuinely cares about me as a person and not just another patient.
Joan and I really appreciate the time Shelly spends with. We feel very comfortable in her presence.
Today’s visit with Shellie was awesome. She was professional, prompt, fun as always with engaging conversation to keep the visit, well…just not a dry, stuffed shirt conversation. She listened 100% to my issues and questions…and there was absolutely nothing left uncertain. Shellie is very relatable, making you feel like you are in charge and presents status and options. The visit was really great.
