Further, Dr. Susman always makes me feel like she has all the time in the world to spend with me. She takes time to answer my questions, offers solutions, & is empathetic and caring.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Susman. Upon entering the waiting room, I felt welcomed by the homey atmosphere, with the comfortable chairs and pillows. The person at the reception desk was friendly, and I also was impressed with other staff, who explained everything and answered my questions. When Dr. Susman entered the exam room, I immediately liked her! She was welcoming and down-to-earth. We had a nice chat. I'm so glad I chose her to be my new doctor!
