Finding this mental health facility was a life-changer for me. From the moment I contacted them, I felt genuinely cared for and supported. The staff are incredibly compassionate and knowledgeable, creating a safe and welcoming environment. The therapy sessions were insightful and tailored to my needs, helping me gain valuable insights and coping strategies. Shelley is able to be flexible offering in office and telehealth options which have been a godsend. Also, the staff make themselves available in the event of immediate needs. The facility's combining therapy, medication management, and wellness activities, truly fosters healing and growth. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone seeking support on their mental health journey. I truly look forward to my appointments.

Shelley takes the time to listen to concerns. She asks questions to better understand whats going on in your life and what may present a challenge to your stability. I feel because of this she is has the information to proper prescribe medications. This has not been my experience with other providers.
