Shelby is the best
Shelby has been so incredibly helpful to our family! In just a short time she has been able to gain our daughter’s trust and helped her to better understand her feelings—giving our daughter the ability to self regulate. In turn making better choices when reacting to challenging situations.
I really appreciate Shelby’s approach, she is validating when appropriate, but will also very respectfully challenge ideas that need a different take. I have greatly appreciated having her assistance with keeping my head together while going through a separation and divorce. Being able to check in periodically helps so much when I am second guessing myself or feeling completely gas-lit and need the opinion of a third party with no personal ties to the situation. She has been fantastic.
Shelby is one of the best professionals i have ever talked to. Very good support, and listens to what i say. She works woth me to help me on a personal level unlike others i have talked to in the past. Has a grwat understanding of mental heath.

My daughter has been very hesitant to see a counselor but we knew it would be beneficial. She has only been to two sessions but feels comfortable with Shelby. That is all we could have hoped for and more.
