I love Dr Gumbs!!! I’m always able to come in and get an appointment even if it’s last minute. There is never a long wait time. Maybe 5 mins tops after signing in. Whatever the issue is I’m being seen for Dr Gumbs always lets me kShow morenow reasons for why it may have occurred and also her recommendations for resolving it. She’s always in tune. As a doctor asking your patients how have they been and how’s life treating them means a lot and just shows me you actually care. And I appreciate that!!
The space is clean, the persons at the front desk were quick and responsive. NP Cynthia took time to talk to my daughter, listen to my daughter, examine my daughter, talk to my daughter as a patient, not as a number or as a childShow more who had no value or input regarding her care. After the examination and diagnosis, she asked us both if we had any further questions. I believe she was actively showing and teaching my daugther what care should look like when you have a doctor's visit.

The service provided was top notch with every attentive care practitioners at the front desk to attend to all questions and provide support. Throughout the process of my vitals being taken the nurse was so mindful and kept giving me assuring words since she noticed I was a bit scared of needles. The process wase smooth. My Primary Care Physician Mrs Gumbs was so professional yet very friendly. Clear questions were asked and adequate information given in what next to expect. I was given room to ask questions and provide feedback. I felt more at home with thém and can’t wait for my next appointment.

My recent visit truly exceeded my expectations! The entire team, especially NP Ray, was incredibly warm and friendly. NP Ray was empathetic, asked all the right questions, and most importantly, she made me feel comfortable and not ashamed. Highly recommend.
Dr. Gumbs' attention to her patients is above and beyond. She thoroughly reviews test results to the best of her knowledge and gives excellent referrals. She is a deep listener and a caring physician. Her office is also impeccably clean and the nurses who assist are always kind and promptly follow-up on everything from lab results to prescription refills.

Great, friendly, sincere Doctor
From the moment the phone is answered to the moment the doctor sees you there is a very gentle and kind demeanor from the whole staff that puts a person at ease. This is very important especially when the reason for the visit is because there is a lot of pain. I am so grateful for this doctor and this clinic. They make me feel cared for. They make me feel like I matter and my pain matters and my comfort is important. God bless all of you!
