Dr. Vines is amazing! From the moment you walk in the door until the moment you leave, you will feel cared for and attended to. She has the best bedside manner and is very personable. I trust her expertise and experience. The office is clean, inviting and decorated beautifully. You don't have the experience of the "clinic-y" and "hospital-y" feeling being there. I highly recommend! Her Receptionist is also amazing!

Today was my first visit with Dr. Shaughanassee Vines, I felt so comfortable with her as if I had known her for years. She was so kind and patient and listened to my long life history. She gave me an hour of her day to get to know about me. This meant a lot as I was nervous about having to get a new dr after 30 years due to insurance coverage changes. It was such a personalized experience and I highly recommend her.

The education Dr. Shaugnasse provided is exceptional! However, there was no physical exam or vital signs taken. I guess this is standard practice. I also really like the office setting and decor. It invokes peace and it's beautiful!
