Shanna is really flexible, she’s passionate about what she does and you can tell she really cares about her patients. I’ve been with her since 2015/16 and have never felt like I needed to see anyone else. Highly recommend!

I found her to be very personable and easy to talk to. Was very impressed how quickly she took care of prior approval needed by my insurance for change in my medication.

I’ve been seeing Shanna for about a year and a half now, having been referred to her by my psychologist. She is very professional and thorough, but caring at the same time. I feel like I have a good rapport with her, and I’m confident that she has a good understanding of my situation. I never feel rushed during my appointments and she is very punctual. I hope the day comes when I don’t need a mental health professional, but until that happens I’m really happy to have Shanna helping me!

Shanna is incredible. In 2018 I went through a series of events that left me emotionally crippled. I don’t know if it’s training, experience, intuition or a combination of all three, but she knew the right questions to ask. Her manner is very comforting, and she is a true professional. Shanna took the time needed to find out what happened and how it affected me. I can’t say enough about Shanna. She actually cares about her patients.
