I was borderline pre-diabetic because I was overweight and I had poor eating habits. I had tried to lose weight before, but I could not exercise without getting hurt because of my weight. Shanique believed that medication along with better nutrition could help me lose the weight I needed to lose. She was absolutely right. I have lost 45 pounds in 8 weeks. There is no secret here. Medication alone helps with food noise, but I am eating healthier and exercising 5 days a week. That’s the real deal.
