Shaniqua McGraw, MD, is a family medicine specialist at Carolina Clinic for Health and Wellness, located in Greenville, North Carolina. Her mission is to provide patient-centered care and education to every person who comes through the door.
Dr. McGraw spent her childhood in Irvington, New Jersey, and earned her undergraduate degree from Syracuse University in upstate New York. She continued on and graduated from Howard University College of Medicine in Washington, DC, in 2013.
Dr. McGraw then finished a research fellowship at the Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, and continued on to do a family medicine residency in Allentown, Pennsylvania, at Lehigh Valley Health Network. She completed this residency in 2017.
Before joining the team at Carolina Clinic for Health and Wellness, Dr. McGraw served as the medical director at UNC Family Medicine at Lenoir, located in Kinston, North Carolina. However, after two years she decided she wanted to be closer to her new hometown of Greenville, and began practicing family medicine at the clinic.
Dr. McGraw takes her practice seriously, and strives to educate her patients on their overall wellness to help them achieve a healthy lifestyle. She takes the time to provide expert personal care to each and every one of her patients.
In her free time, Dr. McGraw enjoys spending quality time with her husband and her son, along with friends and family. She loves to travel and experience different culinary cuisines to expand her cultural appreciation. She also enjoys the outdoors, often through running and exercising.

She’s been great at trying to keep me focused on eating healthy, and getting me to a healthy weight. She told me on our last visit she is leaving this practice. So sad to see her go, I wish her well and hope whoever takes her place, has the same care for me and my health.

McGraw and the word doctor should not be used in the same sentence. She is not a doctor. She’s a joke. This whole office is a joke. And really a basket full of used dirty patient gowns in the exam room I was in that is the most unsanitary disgusting Thing I’ve ever seen. There was no healthcare given at this appointment. None sending a prescription refill to a pharmacy is not healthcare. You didn’t bother to ask if I had any issues you didn’t listen to my harder lungs. You didn’t even really look at me. You were just in a hurry. I guess to go eat your lunch! I would not recommend this office. I would not recommend this office to somebody who has a snake to take a visit there.

I was scheduled for a f/u but was sick. Dr. McGraw examined me and discussed the best options for me to help me through my current situation and advised if I wasn’t better in a few days to return. She displayed care and compassion for what I had been going through the week prior and helped me tremendously.

Dr. Shaniqua McGraw is an amazing doctor who is caring about health outcome of patients. She wants me to be heart healthy. She helped me to buy in to exercise by walking 30 minutes daily for 2 months. Installed it on my phone. She challenged me and I am excited to meet the goal. Do not want to add medication. Mildred A.
