I was impressed upon arrival by the office. It was not crowded, and I was greeted immediately. I waited no more than a minute when my Dr. came out greeted me and escorted me back to the office. My Dr. was very pleasant and put me at ease. I felt she truly listed to me. I will be back for more sessions
Shahenaz Jivani is absolutely a phenomenal psychiatrist. I feel so comfortable in her care to diagnose and treat my mental state. It is very difficult to find a physician that understands and connects with you as a patient. I would highly recommend Shahenaz Jivani for all someone mental health needs.

Dr. Jivani took the time to really listen to my concerns and made me feel heard. She was kind, patient, and offered thoughtful feedback. I appreciated how thorough she was in understanding my history and setting a plan for moving forward. I left feeling hopeful and confident in the treatment process.
She always focuses on important trigger factors that affect my mental health. I never have to worry about her making assumptions about how my bi-polar is responding to my medication and life circumstances. She trusts our communication which makes it easy to be very trusting in her, I’m also very appreciative that she is a genuine and friendly person.
