I'm sorry I never met the man. I had an appointment to see him and had trouble with my GPS finding the place. Ended up getting there at 11:10 for a 11:30 appointment. There is no mention of Dr Kaufman's name anywhere on the buildiShow moreng. Nobody told me they were in the central Florida Health Care building. So I'm circling the building trying to see his name somewhere and it's not there. Let me explain that I have limited physical Mobility in addition to see COPD. So I'm in my car with a handicap placard trying to see where to park. And not even knowing if I'm in the right place. When I finally get inside the main entrance at the bottom I'm having a panic attack and my blood pressure was through the roof my blood sugar had dropped cuz I didn't eat before I came. The nurse is down there didn't know Dr Kaufman was in the building they gave me oxygen and check my blood pressure and finally figured out that he was upstairs. These were nice professional people. Upon getting upstairs I waited for an hour and a half filled out the entire book of medical questions only to be told I could not be seen because of the the situation that took place. Mind you, I was in distress and had a panic attack but remained courteous to everybody involved at all times. I don't understand why I was turned away
I find Dr. Kaufman the ABSOLUTE BEST Orthopedic Doctor east of the Mississippi River. I knew something was special when my phone calls were either answered directly by his wonderful support staff or by Dr. Kaufman himself. This waShow mores not your typical medical office. His Interventional Pain Management technique/skills have become life saving for me. I am now able to get through my day up out of bed on my feet with a manageable pain level in my feet, knees, hip, shoulder, neck and lower back. I'm so fortunate to have found Dr. Kaufman and look forward to further treatment. As I look to the future it is this whole experience that gives me hope. I believe you'll find this to be the case for either you, your family and/or love ones.

Dr Kaufman is the best. He listens and cares for his patients. If you are in pain make an appointment with him. He and his staff are friendly , helpful . Dr Kaufman was recommended to me by my hip surgeon.

I did a lot of research before I decided to go to Dr. Kaufman. I’m generally a very healthy person and have had very little injuries or pain in my 52 years. After just one visit, I felt very comfortable with Dr. Kaufman. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood the protocol, in my opinion Dr. Kaufman has a very good bedside manner, which is very important to me. I would recommend Dr Kaufman, I’m happy I found him.
Very professional a nd understanding of my problem
Dr Kaufman is a wonderful doctor ,very happy with the service. The staff is just as wonderful.
Today I couldn’t make it to his office for my appointment because a health issue but I was gladly surprised and at same time grateful that Dr. Kaufman called me at my home directly in a kindly manner to ask me on my health status and on how I am feeling from my left knee pain after the treatment for my prior visit to his office six weeks before. I felt pampered for his dedication and also for the office’s phone call immediately after his call to set the next follow up appointment at their office. I do recommend his practice and his office attention.
Dr Kaufman and all his staff are always friendly. I never have to wait long and Dr Kaufman is wonderful.

The best experience I can remember having at a doctor's office. As soon as I got checked in, I was taken back to a room. I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes for Dr Kaufman to come in. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained everything and answered all my questions.
