My husband and I took this journey together and it was successful. We’re thankful for the guidance of Mrs. Waters. You must have a mindset to start and stay with it. It helps to have an accountability partner. It is now a habit to do the intermittent fasting for 16 hrs daily. My husband was on two medications for diabetes and is down to one. I got a great annual check up report. We have lost weight and it feels good. We would definitely recommend Mrs. Waters.

Just had my first consultation with Ms. Waters. I am excited to get started on this journey, and hope that I can succeed. I tried several diets and none can seem to help, and the hormone medication I'm on seem to make me gain wait. Looking for to seeing what i can accomplish in the next 30 days.
