About Scott Kowalski, DO

Dr. Scott M. Kowalski, DO, is a board-certified, fellowship-trained specialist in physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R) and interventional pain management. Dr. Kowalski earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, following a Bachelor’s in Biology from Alma College, where he graduated magna cum laude. His postdoctoral training includes a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency, where he served as Chief Resident, and an Interventional Pain Management Fellowship at Wayne State University and the Detroit Medical Center.
