With a comprehensive background in obstetrics and gynecology, Scott C. Bemus, DO, FACOG cares for women of all ages in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and surrounding areas. Dr. Bemus is currently accepting new patients at OB-GYN Associates, PC.
After earning his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Iowa, Dr. Bemus completed his residency at Michigan State University in obstetrics and gynecology. He is currently board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
Dr. Bemus diagnoses and treats all types of women’s health conditions. He is trained in minimally invasive surgical techniques, as well as prenatal care and delivery. Before joining the team at OB-GYN Associates, PC, Dr. Bemus worked in private practice for 3 years in the Waterloo and Cedar Falls area.
When Dr. Bemus is away from the office, he spends time hitting the golf course or reading fiction novels. He enjoys getting out and exploring new places with his family.

Dr. Driscoll is a wonderful doctor. She is professional but yet kind and interested in me as a person. The nurse staff is excellent and knowledgeable as well. The procedure went quickly and smoothly.

The office staff were friendly and efficient. Almost no wait time! Nurse Kelly and Dr Driscoll were pleasant, supportive, informative. Let's face it, we women don't exactly look forward to certain OB-Gyn procedures, but the folks at OB-GYN Associates go out of their way to make it as comfortable as possible.

Dr. McCarron is the best dr around. No one likes these appointments, but he makes sure to make you feel comfortable and takes the time to answer any questions you have!

Dr Boardman did a great job getting to know me and helping me with some issues I was having. She answered all my questions and I really felt good about my visit even though I’m not normally her patient. Also wanted to give a shout out to my lab tech. I can’t remem her name but she was fantastic!!
