DrAndes did not see me today. He called in sick. While I understand things happen, knowing dr Andes he would have given more notice that he was not coming in. I however was not let known until I was sitting in the waiting room to Show morebe seen. Hope he feels better soon.

Staff was very professional and efficient

Very down to earth Doctor…He makes you feel comfortable and like a person. He has good bedside manners, very easy to talk too.
Main office staff that answers the phones has absolutely no customer service skills at all. Tried numerous times to get in touch with my Doctor and found it impossible to do so, either got transferred to an extension that only went to voice mail or was sent an email with lab results from a year ago, neither of which was asked for or what was needed. Practice seems to be more concerned with what test can be ordered and billed for then actual patient care.
Dr Andes and his staff are exceptional. I definitely would recommend not a fan of the Seagirt facility and probably won’t go back there. i’ll see Dr Andes at his Ralph Avenue office in Brooklyn
