Sarika Snell MD, FAAD, is a board-certified dermatologist at Integrated Dermatology of 19th Street, with an office in Washington, DC. Dr. Snell has extensive clinical training and experience in many areas of dermatology, including general and surgical dermatology.
Though she is originally from the DC area, she pursued her bachelor’s degree at the University of Virginia. She then earned her medical degree from Georgetown University and completed her specialty training in dermatology at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
Dr. Snell completed an oncology (with a focus on melanoma) fellowship at the Washington Hospital Center, where she received additional training in pigmented lesions, dermoscopy, and melanoma detection. She has been named “Washingtonian Top Doctor” by the Washingtonian magazine.
As a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, the Washington D.C. Dermatological Society, and the Women’s Dermatologic Society, Dr. Snell is dedicated to maintaining up-to-date medical insight on the latest advances in dermatology.
Dr. Snell is an accomplished dermatologist who has presented at national dermatology conferences, as well as a published author in peer reviewed journals and textbooks. She has a special interest in skin cancer detection and treating medical dermatological conditions. However, she is passionate about cosmetic dermatology and enjoys performing aesthetic treatments using Botox®, fillers, lasers, microneedling, and other cosmetic techniques.
When Dr. Snell is not at the office caring for her patients, she loves to travel and spend time with her husband and kids.
