I’ve been seeing Sarah for years and she’s the best. I hate going to the doctor but she makes me feel so comfortable. She always takes time to answer my questions and listen to any concerns I have. Sarah is a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, originally from Birmingham, AL. She obtained her first Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Neuroscience/Psychology from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, VA. During her time there, she underwent emergency medical technician training and continued to pursue her passion for healthcare. After graduating, she worked as a medical assistant at a private OB/GYN clinic in Washington, DC, where her interest in women’s healthcare blossomed. Sarah then earned her second Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Emory University, gaining valuable experience as a registered nurse in both fertility and psychiatric settings. She furthered her education by completing her Masters of Science in Nursing at Emory University, specializing in Women’s Health.
Following her graduation, Sarah joined a private gynecology practice in Atlanta, GA, before eventually relocating to New York City. Her specific areas of interest include hereditary and ovarian cancers, preventative gynecologic care, fertility, mental health awareness, and contraceptive management.
