Only my second appointment with Sarah and I cannot tell you the difference I feel since starting down this path. We have been focused on hormone replacement and adjusting dosages and I already feel so much better. A large number of my symptoms have lessened or gone away completely, I am starting to feel more like myself, and I’m very hopeful that the work we will continue do together will only continue to improve not only my peri symptoms, but also my overall well-being. So grateful!

THERE IS HOPE! I am so grateful to have found Sarah Shealy. With a huge lack of education/care for women entering this transition (I am 2 years post menopause), I had suffered many symptoms that I had "blamed" myself for. Had my normal GYN been better versed in this NORMAL period of life, I could have potentially avoided years of feeling subpar. Luckily this is not the end of the story & I know that I am now on the path to a wonderful new chapter. Thank you Sarah for your wise guidance.
Sarah is an all around dream in a practitioner. She was my midwife at my son's homebirth, and is now my menopause midwife :) Just starting, but after our first session, I feel seen, heard and in good hands. I love her individualized plan and the whole hour to talk made me feel taken care of and valued. In a world where menopause is ignored by most doctors, tearfully wonderful to be seen by a highly educated and certified, passionate menopause specialist! I highly recommend!
