About Dr. Sarah Clevenger, MD

Sarah Clevenger, MD, is originally from Sulphur, Louisiana. She is proud to be a part of the Center for Orthopaedics team in Jennings and Lake Charles, Louisiana. 

She completed her undergraduate degree in business at Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. Dr. Clevenger continued her education at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine in New Orleans, earning her medical degree. She completed her residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at LSU Health Sciences Center.

In the last year of her residency, Dr. Clevenger served as chief resident in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

She’s a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the American Medical Association. Her extensive background and years of diverse experience keep her on the cutting-edge of her field.

Dr. Clevenger consistently exhibits a warm, friendly demeanor. She’s a standout physician who caters to the diverse needs of her patients. She’s dedicated to offering the highest level of individualized care and attention for her existing and new patients at the Center for Orthopaedics.
