About Sarah Allee, MSW, LMSW

Sarah utilizes a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), when working with her clients to ensure they receive the best clinical care, as well as the tools necessary to achieve optimal emotional wellness across the lifespan. Sarah specializes in working with children and adolescents ages 3 to 18. Working alongside the youth has always been a passion of hers. Sarah emphasizes “Children are our future. They aren’t naturally equipped with the tools to self-regulate and so we need to be there for them when they need help navigating through these intense emotions. If not, they become dysregulated adults with more issues”. Her personal goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, supportive, and confidential environment that also honors each client’s unique developmental level. She values working collaboratively with her clients.
