Dr. Sathpathy is professional and has an air of subtlety and confidence about him that I appreciate. I have taken my 7 1/2 year old son with behavioral challenges (ADHD/IED) to him twice now and I feel things are going in the right direction.
Doctor is very calm and really listens to what you have to say. Good experience with him so far.

I was anxious about meeting a new psychiatrist, and especially going in with the history of conditions I have and the number of medications I take (some are scheduled drugs and there was no question as to my need by the doctor). He made me feel really comfortable right away. Showed plenty of empathy and desire to work with me on my issues. I felt spent more than adequate time during the visit. For someone who has previously only felt comfort or connection with a female psychiatrist, I'm HAPPY!

Super, Super impressed! I normally get on better with women Psychiatrists, but Dr. Sathpathy listened from the very start, even with my tendency to wander in answering questions, he let me talk and helped me get back on track when I "wandered" too far and got "lost" in answering. Made me feel wonderfully comfortable and was not critical when I shared the list of medications I was on, rather he asked how and if they helped and devised a plan with which to move forward
I went in and spoke with Dr. Sathpathy. He really seemed interested in my issues and trying to resolve them. I'm very happy with the visit.
