I am genuinely, forever, grateful for the patience and support that Sandra has provided. It is extremely difficult for me to discuss my in-depth feelings, because I am terrified of being judged. But I have always felt comfortable with Sandra, her feedback, exercises, and suggestions on how I might want to view A situation from another standpoint, has tremendously helped me grow as a human. I feel I have become a better mother, wife, sister, daughter, and even employee. I have learned so much.
