Best yet. Illuminating provider with a good ear and an empathetic wit. I said “illuminating” because she teaches me something about neurology or cognitive psychology every time I see her. I’d say that she’s “common sense” about thShow moree medications she prescribes, but then again she took the time to teach me the pharmacology of every medication we even considered. She told me the basic chemistry behind the drug and how that chemistry should interact with human biology to cause the outcome we wanted.
Love this place and Sandra has been absolutely amazing. This place saved my life and they do care. Dr Sylvester when I first started years ago I guess knew that I was hurting and helped me get my life back on track. He's a Show morevery personable person and doesn't have that typical Dr vibe. Like an old buddy or something. Thanks again Everyone here!

Instructions for my telehealth appt were clear & concise. The appointment started on time. The nurse practicioner Sandra & I discussed a very difficult subject: my attempted suicide/drug overdose/alcohol blackout in very direct, no mincing of words terms. She gave me specific instructions on medication changes, follow-up with other practitioners, lab work. She was professional & personable.
This morning was my first time meeting Sandra remotely for a follow-up appointment. I immediately liked her and felt very comfortable speaking with her. Her advice, guidance, and insight on what I’m going through was exactly what I needed to hear. She is so kind and helpful. Highly recommend!!

Sandi listens and respects me as a person. She is always pleasant and very helpful. I enjoy my tele visits with her and appreciate her patients with me.

I love Sandra, but making appointments can be stressful. You make an appointment on- line, and then have to wait to be approved for said appointment. Then no one gets back to you. By the time you call to confirm, that time slot is gone. Recently, I tried to make an appointment on line last time and the web site informed me that "on-line scheduling is unavailable ". Just one big frustration. But I stay because Sandra Hatfield is a great provider for me., personally.
