Check in could be less cumbersome The front door does not have a handicap accessible door with push button open. Only one handicap parking spot. Check in requires going to the second floor then back down to the first floor for the appointment. That's difficult if you have mobility issues. These are more issues related to check in than the therapist.

Initial impressions are important. I had an initial appointment with Sandra and was met with genuine care, compassion and understanding of the issues we discussed. I arrived nervous and anxious and was put at ease quickly. Trauma issues are difficult, but Sandra provided me with hope that my issues may ease. I look forward now to working with her.
I find Sandra very easy to talk to and she’s a good listener. In my experience, she remembers things from session to session.
