Sandra was great! She listened and was friendly. We went over my medications and everything is going well.
First Counseling has always been a great place to get help with mental health. I find it ridiculous that patience have to come once a month to fill their prescriptions totally unacceptable.
Dr. Young listens to your concerns. She discusses with you options for treatment and let's you decide which you want to choose, if there is more than one option. She doesn't try to rush you off the phone or out of the office.

This is the most unprofessional office very rude employees including the NP Sandra , she doesn’t listen , does NOT show any compassion, no concern in your health, if you know what meds help you it doesn’t matter. The NP Sandra only gives you what she wants to and when you say it doesn’t work or help she doesn’t care will prescribe anyway. Wished so bad Amanda would come back. This clinic needs to go ahead and close the doors. Don’t waste your time!!!!!
I was sick last week during my appointment and had to reschedule, they kindly booked me the following week. Got me in and out,fast. Dr.Sandra is very professional and kind. LIFE happens and they care. That's a nice feeling!
